Good results for this year’s haylage

A difficult harvest produced a limited haylage cut for this winter but what we have been able to produce is proving to be fantastic! The quality is there and so is the dry matter. Our hay is also proving popular with the ponies.
Having carried out weed control, we have all our haylage fields shut up for winter with the aim of having a bumper harvest in 2011….we shall see!
Yet again our haylage is proving to be of good quality and consistent, and having been doing this for 9 years, that is what we are aiming for with our feed.
